This Privacy Policy delineates the procedures by which Bidrais, developed by The App For Electronic Service ("Company"), obtains, employs, maintains, and discloses data procured from users ( hereinafter referred to as "User") of the Bidrais mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "App"). While Users have the option to visit the App anonymously, access to specific features may necessitate the provision of the requested information.

Any browsing and interaction on any external websites, including those linked to our App, governed by the specific terms and policies established by each respective website. 

In-App Purchases: Our App offers in-app purchases for digital items, including bidding packages. To ensure secure transactions, all payments for these purchases are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We advise users to refer to the Payment Gateway's Privacy Policy for more information regarding the handling of your personal information during the payment process. 

Refund Policy: For in-app purchases, since the digital items are not physically shipped or in the possession of the user, refunds may be requested. Users can request a refund by contacting our customer support team and providing relevant purchase details. We assure users that each refund request will be individually reviewed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with our refund policy. 

Account Deactivation or Deletion: Users have the option to deactivate or delete their account within the App. Deactivation temporarily suspends access, while deletion permanently removes all associated data. Account management options are available in the App's account settings

In such instances, the revised version will display the updated date at the bottom of this page.
